What is BS-Zelda? BS-Zelda (Bantai-Satellaview Zelda) is a remake of the original Legend of Zelda. It was released in Japan on the Bantai Satellaview, a Super Famicom (SNES) add-on that allowed users to download games from a satellite. Games could only be downloaded at certain times of the day. The basic concept of BS-Zelda is the same as the original Zelda. The main difference is the layout of the overworld and the layout of the dungeons. ======================================================================== VI. Important Locations The Overworld is divided into an 8-by-8 grid. The map is divided into rows [A - H] and columns [1 - 8]. The upper-left corner is A1, the lower-left corner is H1, the upper-right corner is A8, and the lower-right corner is H8.
